Lead Artist

Lion game Lion is looking for a passionate Lead Artist to look after the overall look of a game. We are looking for a driven and creative to lead the art team in delivering on budget, on-time, on-model, technically compliant and performant assets. As a Lead Artist you will participate in creative brainstorming sessions in coordination with Creative Director, Product Manager, Art Director etc to create the look and feel of our games, work with the development leads and teams to manage the art creation throughout the production, and work with our outsourcing vendors to ensure they create content consistent to our requirements and their schedules are accurate.

Senior Level Designer

As a Senior Level Designer, you will create concepts, paper designs, white-boxes and use toolsets to take your levels from an idea to a complete masterpiece. System Designer

As a System Designer you will be assigned to design parts of the core mechanics of the game, tracking them through development to deliver the highest level of quality, while always keeping a clear picture of how they fit in the larger vision of the game and following the boundaries set by the lead designer and the producers. You will create detailed feature designs and gameplay mechanics. Maintaining fun and balanced systems, giving direction as well as taking it from the leads and producers, diving into the tools to handcraft a unique game experience, tweaking AI behavior, setting up main character classes, skills, etc.

Audio Lead

As Audio Lead you are a creative and experienced manager who has a passion for video games. Lion game Lion puts emphasis on our audio with rich voice overs, dialogue, narrative, powerful and emotional music, and detailed sound effects for a range of audio whether its weapon fire or environment sounds.

Accountable for the management, scheduling and delivery of the internal team and the external vendors, the Audio Lead is a critical part of the development teams creative pipeline. The Audio Lead would manage our sound designers and work with the programming team on the implementation of all ingame audio.

As a critical member of the development team the Audio Lead will also be providing valuable input into customer facing materials such as game trailers etc

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with agile and passionate developers on some exciting games all with cooperative and multiplayer features. Your primary focus will be on sound design and scheduling and driving implementation. Dialog, Foley, and field recording experience a plus.

Social Media / Community Manager

As a Social Media / Community Manager you will own the communication channels and maintenance of the community. You will be our eyes and ears to the community and be our “authentic player” within the development team.
We believe in working with the community to create and maintain games from concept to post live, when we continue to make content. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves playing games, understands gamers and is able to build and grown communities. You will be responsible for building bonds, finding new and interesting ways to engage in the community and channel all the feedback to the developers working within the games team to create content we can enjoy playing with our gamers.
